1. Updating Customer Data on Odoo:
• Responsible for regularly updating and verifying customer data on the Odoo platform to ensure accuracy and enhance customer experience.
2. Raising and Opening Customer Tickets and Updating Their Status:
• Fully manage the process of ticket creation and follow-up, including raising new tickets and updating the status of requests to ensure timely and effective customer response.
3. Communicating with Customers and Coordinating Their Requests with Various Departments Within the Company:
• Provide comprehensive customer support by handling inquiries and coordinating requests with relevant departments, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
4. Preparing Semi-Annual Reports on Customer Service Department Performance:
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports reflecting the performance of the Customer Service Department, offering recommendations for process and service improvements.
