- Creating import LCs, Amendments and monitoring all transactions related to LCs
- Applying short term loan (CIL) against import Payments as per required
- Managing banking facilities
- Export LC transactions & Reporting:
- Follow up with sales team for outstanding commercial invoices and pending for acceptance WITH bank on weekly
- Submit documents to bank and follow up to clear CI under discrepancies
- Monitoring receivables for LC customers and follow up with customers if LC amendment required
- Financial & GL Reporting:
- Preparing quarterly BOD presentation including (Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow & other business reporting)
- Preparing monthly & annual consolidated expenses comparison with the budget & categorized the variances
