• Coordinate daily delivery operations by working closely with sales team and drivers to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Manage and review daily sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Assist in route planning and delivery allocation based on urgency, order volume, and vehicle capacity
• Handle urgent and priority deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation and records aligned with company and audit standards
• Support fleet-related coordination, including assisting in maintenance tracking, vehicle allocation, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational delays
• Manage ERP system entries for purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking
• Contribute to operational improvements by identifying gaps and supporting structured processes
