- Executed chiller installation with proper isolation using vibration isolators, corrected soft foot condition by measuring and shimming equipment to ensure effective support for isolators.

- Conducted diagnostic testing to identify issues such as vibration, misalignment, or wear on parts like impeller, gears and bearings on centrifugal compressor.
- Disassembled and replaced components like impeller, gears and bearings with proper torque as per OEM, taking measurements on impeller eye runout, rim runout, thrust collar runout, axial thrust and while adhering to OEM standards with safety protocols.

- Replaced and maintained of shaft seals for centrifugal compressors to prevent leaks and ensure optimal equipment performance. - Performed troubleshooting on centrifugal chillers to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Executed calibration of control valves in centrifugal chillers to ensure precise operation.
- Worked in Petro Refining & Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) for plants shutdown job in various type centrifugal and screw chiller, recovering the refrigerant, vacuumising then recharging the refrigerant (R134A, R22).
- Carried out Preventive maintenance of chillers monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly as per JCI standard checklist.
- Carried out freon recovery, vacuuming and refrigerant charging of the chiller as per nameplate.
- Conduct the chemical de-scaling on condenser tubes to remove the hard scale on tube by using de-scaler & neutralizer with proper PH value of circulation fluids.
