• At Adelaide Oval, my duties included assisting patrons with inquiries, overseeing the opening and closing of outlets, and training new team members. Although I was trained to work both front and back of house, my primary responsibility was to ensure sufficient food production and availability on bain-maries during busy periods, provide exceptional customer service, and accommodate dietary requirements. Working in a fast-paced environment honed my strong communication skills and efficiency.

Conducted individual (1on1 ) sessions, emphasizing fundamental techniques such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defensive strategies. Provided mentorship and support, helping young athletes develop not only their basketball abilities but also teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Maintained regular communication with parents to update them on their child’s progress and address any concerns.

• At Bewon, my responsibilities included greeting and seating guests, taking and delivering orders, and providing detailed menu explanations, especially for traditional Korean BBQ dishes. I ensured a high level of customer satisfaction by attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously, managing multiple tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. My role also involved handling payments, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
