Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Act as liaison to coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.

• Assign to housekeeping department as team leader to support and maintain management protocol.
• Ensures work assignments are completed by all members of department.
• Prepare/and maintain necessary records and registers.
• Assist and care for others using compassion, respect, and empathy.
• Maintain upkeep of washers and dryers with chemicals and daily basis supplies.
• Meet guest's special requests such as room preferences and special occasions and/or amenities.
• Provide adequate training of each employee including safety and security measures in relationship to MSDS guidelines.
• Conduct safety classes, proper usages of chemicals and cleaning up of biohazards per OSHA regulations.
• Inspect rooms to ensure them cleaned to standard.

• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

• Report to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Check and release all rooms on assigned area.
• Daily physical occupancy reports informed to Housekeeping desk.
• Engineering work-orders required in designated areas.
• Follow up on pending engineering work orders and report such on weekly base.
• Check all chemicals are stored and applied in accordance standard and policies.
• Checking that all room attendants' equipment is used and maintained properly and handled in hygienic way.
• Housekeeping inventories both for store & linen items.
• To report & handle Lost and found items.

• Reporting to duty asper duty roaster.
• Worked in housekeeping DESK attender for six months.
• Two months worked in night shift for marble polishing with taski ,ergodisc.
• Next six month worked as room attendant.
