• Transferred luggage, bags and other items from vehicles and main lobby to and from guest rooms with wheeled cart.
• Explained important features of guest rooms to travelers.
• Responded immediately to any guest requests or concerns and promptly resolved issues.
• Delivered newspapers, mail, packages, faxes and check-out invoices to guest rooms.

• Clean and inspect the rooms and also help supervisor to inspect clean rooms.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas
• Service all bedrooms and corridors, in line with company policy.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to my coordinator, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
• Complete all periodical tasks, such as flipping mattresses, cleaning curtains and dusting lamp shades
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Report any security issues to Loss Prevention
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
• Protect the security and privacy of the guest and my fellow associates.
