Responsibilities:

• I was the first RPA resource for BSF in house RPA team. I used to support all our offshore delivery team with 13 members and was acting as a technical COE. I closely worked with them and we successfully completed the automation of 22 processes.
• Continuously monitored and evaluate the effectiveness efficiency of the RPA solutions and recommended improvements.
• Supported UAT executions and solution deployments in multiple environment including production and involved in technical hand over and TDD document review.
• Supported operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness. As part of hypercare, proactively communicated and followup of incidents with our offshore delivery team on daily basis until they resolved.
• Revised and improved code of existing solutions based on feedback from business. Performed code optimization and identified potential issues and fixing the issues.
• Setup and configured RPA production runner machines. Resolved all initial challenges and issues due to existing security policies by coordinating with BSF Cybersecurity team and AA Product support team.
• Solid design, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining the robots using Automation Anywhere A360.`
• Ensures reusable components are designed and developed where applicable.
• Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using A360.
• Configured the Bots and deploying processes and scheduled the BOTS in AA ControlRoom.
