I'm currently working in MGC Company as a Senior Engineer in Projects Management Office (PMO) since last 5 months.

The Company is specialized in Mega projects of Contracting sector, especially the Water & Wastewater Infra-structure projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Prepare of Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), Expression of Interests (EOIs), and Organize of Documentation and Technical Replies including inquiries for Mega/Giga Saudi Water/Wastewater Projects related to 2030 KSA Vision (e.g. NEOM, TRSDC, AMAALA, SWPC, ROSHN, KSPF and other PPP Projects).
• Reviewing all required documents for some PPP Projects running organized as (BOOT, BOO, BOT) Projects (e.g. Madinah-3 ISTP, Buraydah -2 ISTP & Tabuk-3ISTP).
• Prepare Technical Studies based on technical research and Advise for Consortium's parties or Clients for Mitigations required in frame of Risk Management, Key Performance Index of Projects (KPIs), Methodologies and Project Aspects, Project Organization Charts, Project Responsibility Matrix, Key Personnel, and other related documents.
• Prepare plans required for projects after Awarding stage (Communication, QA/AC, Environment and Sustainability …etc.).
• Coordinate with PMs for the best practices in accordance with BOQ, Contractual documents, and mitigation.

Project:

Operation and Maintenance , Existing Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Plant 5,000 CMD at Qurayyat City, Southern Province, KSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of operational conditions.
• Analyze of RO Units performance using ROSA software provided by DOW Company.
• Preparing monthly reports including plant performance, efficiency of RO units & membranes.
• Determine best requirement to run operation successfully based on resources.
• Mitigation studies for changing operational conditions according to seasonal, temperature, turbidity and other related important factors affecting the final product quality, flow rated produced.

I had worked after graduation and during Masters studies in a Government sector as an Environmental Engineer, EPC Projects, Supervision Department, Aleppo, Syria

Technical Services Directorate - Solid Waste Department was responsible for the Strategic Planning and Supervision upon Execution of Solid Waste Management Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision on Landfills and Solid Waste Transfer Stations “Construction Stages".
• Working with team for developing of solid waste management projects.
• Plans to improve consciousness level with regard to solid waste management on level of Aleppo.
• Cooperation with university to improve solid waste collection process.
• Cooperation with hospitals for developing of medical waste collection process.
• Modifying of solid waste collection process across the region depending on ways availability.
• Reporting and monitoring of cleanliness situation in in frame of National Campaign for Cleanliness.
• Cooperation with municipalities to improve solid waste collection and reduction of irregular trash.
• Working with (Shimizu) Japanese Company for study of biogas capture possibilities from Landfills.

I had worked as a Technical Support Member in wastewater department of Technical service directorate which is a Government sector, Aleppo, Syria

The Technical Services Directorate - Department of Wastewater was responsible for Strategic Planning and Supervision upon Execution of Wastewater Projects.
