• Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.

• Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.
• Update data in appropriate systems in accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging.

• Check with restaurateurs about cancelled and late orders.
• Make sure restaurateurs know how to use Hunger Station app.
• Give restaurateurs correct information to contact if need any help or assistance with other departments of company.
• Create reports for cancelled orders.
• Review performance of restaurants during month and help them improve performance.

• Receive all inquiries and complaints from customers and responding quickly to them.
• Good dealing with inquirer or complainant in manner that suits nature of inquiry
• Implement customer service policies and instructions approved by Director of Marketing as well as in carrying out and performing tasks assigned to him.
• Write daily report to show what has been accomplished.
