Wael Khudair is a Sr. Clinical Laboratory Technology Specialist, serving in JHAH Laboratory Services Department. He currently leads QI and Safety Team in Laboratory Department at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.

Prior to joining JHAH, Wael held leadership roles at Saudi Aramco Medical Services (SAMSO), Laboratory Services Department. These roles include Sr. Clinical lab Technologist, Chemistry unit Manager.

Participated in several conferences, forums and symposiums on different topics related to Safety, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvements and Laboratory Medicine. As Certified CAP inspector by the College of American Pathologist (CAP), performed several CAP inspections for many laboratories in-kingdom and out-of- kingdom to grant them the CAP accreditation.

Wael received a BS in Medical Laboratory Technology and a M.Sc. in Hospital and Health services Administration from the University of Jordan. Additionally, ASCP certified as Medical Laboratory Scientist, certified CAP inspector by the college of American Pathologist and certified as KPI Professional KPI-P .
