More than three decades of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. holds an M.B., B.Ch. with Excellent Honors, an M.Sc. and M.D. in Pediatrics from Cairo University, and MRCPCH from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
I have extensive expertise in neonatal intensive care, pediatric consultation, medical education, clinical supervision, and neonatal research. My career includes senior academic roles at Cairo University, leadership as Head of the Neonatology Department at Kasr Al-Ainy Medical Hospital, and long-standing practice as a Pediatric Consultant at Dr. Bakhsh Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
My academic profile includes multiple published research papers in pediatrics and neonatology, particularly in neonatal infection, respiratory distress syndrome, pediatric sepsis, neonatal growth, and critical care. I am fluent in Arabic and English.
