• Through my position as regulatory affairs manager I accomplished the following
• Working to allow Octapharma to operate after long time of obligatory stop by Ministry of health. I succeed in this mission and managed a tender order for Octapharma of about 40 million SR.
• Developed a complete team for Ompharma, including developing a successful business strategy and been assigned as Country manager for Ompharma.
• As scientific office manager for Dupont pharma, succeed to increase the pricing of Coumadin in the ministry of health from 5 SR up to 50 SR which support the company by sales increase of about 20 million SR.
• Owner and manager of PharmaTech company.
• Owner and CEO of Pharma Group, (Pharma Drug store, Pharma Pharmacies and Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries PPI), Pharma is One-stop innovative and advanced medicine manufacturing solutions company from concept to details such as high-end medicinal technology, quality-control, branding and packaging, warehousing and logistics, cGMP and Saudi FDA consultations.

• Major accomplishments in the group
• Succeeded to grow the chain of the pharmacies from 200 pharmacies in 2006 up to 537 in 2008, growing the group of about 268 % in two years time.
• This growth is derived by acquiring established chain pharmacies "Khonaini, Al Haya and Al Mostakbal groups" and by launching new outlets in different sites of the kingdom.
• Launching new OTC products for the group like "Prospan from Engelhard arzneimittel, Ar-Natal, Ar-wonder and Ar-dical which was owned by Pharmatech leading to outstanding profit from these products supporting the cash flow in the chain.
• Pyramid Up-side down campaign which focus on optimizing management teams
• Head count and old pharmacists while hiring new freshly graduated pharmacists, a project that increased total net profit of about 47,040,000 SR in 2008
• Developing a central Management system in which each 5 pharmacies will have a separate financial measure with one supervisor, this system leads to the challenging atmosphere between the groups and maximize the total profit.
• Developing a software to organize the logistics of the business, however this
• System never conducted because I left the group in 2008.
• Cooperation with Prof. Mohammed I. Hamed to develop the first National Anti venom and Vaccine Production Center in Riyadh. this center was first and only one producer of anti venom for snakebites and scorpion stings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
• Exploration of Phytopharmaceuticals and working to import phytopharmaceutical manufacturing technology to Saudi Arabia.
• Discovery of New Bioactive molecules, Assessment of Efficacy & Evaluation of Adaptation from traditional Herb Medicines.
• Conducting a research on different bioactive compounds derived from Mediterranean herbs
• To explore its effect on the Liver 2006.
• Standardization and formulation of four bioactive compounds in one product 2008.
