Job responsibilities:

• Participate in daily OME meetings, Daily routine parameters checking and do optimization if required.
• Investigate trip report and provide recommendations for rectification.
• Prepare conceptual design for new modification, Issue Management of change (MOC) and Engineering work Request (EWR) for modification implementation.
• Review design packages prepared by design section (CAPEX, OPEX).
• Establish and review Standard operating procedure (SOP) critical operating procedure (COP).
• Participate in MCC, PSSR, Risk assessment, What if analysis, T&I extension.
• Conduct kick off meeting with contractors/vendors and finalize scope of work.
• Manage documents, P&IDs, PFDs, HMB, UFDs, LDT, Blind lists, SIS data sheets etc.
• Prepare hydraulics for line sizing and pumps selection purpose.
• Perform HYSYS simulation to evaluate proposed modification.
• Participate in HAZOP study to analyze changes effect on plat parameters.
• Managed material and catalyst stock which should be available during T&I or shutdown.
• Evaluated proposed project economics and identified alternative solutions and designs producing improved results at reduced costs.

• Prepare scope of work, Site survey for location verification
• Conduct KOMs, MOMs, Projects Review meetings with client, Meetings with Vendors etc
• To prepare proposal with economical man-hours estimation
• To prepare DBSP, Data Sheets, HAZOP study, PZVs sizing etc
• Update and prepare PFDs, P&IDs, Sketches, UFDs, MTO and LDTs, etc
• To prepare simulation in HYSYS, Piping Hydraulics and line sizing,
• Software used for detail design activities, HYSYS, Auto CAD, MS office, etc

• Hyundai EPC company handled below section of Jizan Refinery (ARAMCO) with capacity of 400 MBD,
• Gas saturation and Treatment Unit,
• Amine Regeneration Unit,
• Sour water stripping Unit,
• Refinery Fuel Gas System,

Job responsibilities:

• Detail design of available FEED to develop design packages, 30%, 60%, 90% and IFC
• Review and evaluate 3D model and conduct HAZOP study
• Receive comments from ARAMCO for each submittal and reply with solid justification & calculations
• Prepare P&IDs , PFDs, MSDs, LDT, process description, control narrative, scope of work, PZVs Data sheets, control valve data sheet, SIS sheets etc.
• To conduct hydraulics for pump sizing and line size calculation
• Software used for detail design activities, COREWORX, HYSYS, PEROS, Auto CAD, MS office, etc
• Coordination and deal with other EPCs on conflicted action items by using COREWORX,
• Conduct kick of meetings, Projects review meetings with ARAMCO and Vendors etc.

• Unit production is 200MTPD, 32% Caustic produced by electrolysis membrane cells and converted to 50% Caustic by Multi effect evaporator.
• 200MT 35% HCL is produced by Furnaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle unit for smooth production
• Update and prepare PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, MTO and LDTs, etc.
• To prepare maintenance and shutdown jobs schedule
• Material balance for acidic effluent treatment plant
• To handle Brie purification, Cooling towers, Absorption chillers, Reverse osmosis, Demi water plant, Compressors.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead Utility team for equipment daily routine maintenance or replacement
• Review daily log sheet and take action against any abnormal parameter
• Prepare MTO and job list for shutdown activities/maintenance
• Installation of new equipment followed by hydro test/pressure test active role in emergency or normal shutdown and start up
• Conduct H&M balance to charge other departments accordingly.
• Along with this to handle, Compressors, Chillers, Cooling towers, Boilers, HVAC, De-Min Water plant, N2 Plant etc.

• Production of 5MT of dry GELATINE from crushed bones by leaching, extraction, filtration, evaporation, noodles formation, drying and crushing.
