2. Project : Upgrade Fire Protection and Industrial Drainage System # CRDD Qassim Bulk Plant (Presently working from July 2024) Jubail, K.S.A

Position: QCI Welding & NDT

Scope: Fabrication & Erection of field Piping, Installation of Valves & Pre-Commissioning.

Contractor: New Horizons Company (NHC).

Owner: Saudi Aramco.

3. Project : Hawiyah Unayzah Gas Reservoir Storage Project (May 2021 - May 2022), Hawiyah, K.S.A

Position: QCI Welding.

Scope: Fabrication & Erection of Above Ground Storage Tanks.

Contractor: Samsung Engineering.

4. Project : Vacuum Distillation Heater Repair and Maintenance Project (Z09-F-0101) RIYADH REFINERY (Shutdown Jan 2021 - Apr 2021), Riyadh, K.S.A

Position: QC Supervisor.

Scope: Vacuum Distillation heater Dismantling, Fabrication, Erection & Repair works.

Contractor: PETROSAL.

Owner: Saudi Aramco

5. Project : MGSE Phase -II PKG-I, Western Area Pipeline Project (July 2020 to Jan 2020) YNGL. Yanbu K.S.A

Position: QCI Welding.

Scope: Dismantling and Erection of 48" Piping, 6 MOV's & Split-Tee Installation (Hot-Tapping).

Contractor: ARKAD Engineering.

Owner: Saudi Aramco.

• Implemented best quality practices and processes to achieve the Project Quality Standards.
• Review of WPS / PQR & WQT documents.
• Submission & discussion of Weekly Quality Deliverables such as Welding Rejection Rate, INCR's, PAN's, LBE's during construction phase & RFI log monitoring.
• Attend weekly MOM's with Clients and internal meetings for quality and Progress.
• Liaison with the Quality managers and Supervisors weekly to discuss the key issues in Quality and Progress.
• Supported root cause and data analysis for defect reduction and yield improvement in Project Quality issues.

• Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate.

QC Welding inspector in Shaybah NGL Recovery, Utilities & Facilities Project

• Inspected quality of products, taking note of appearance and other specifications as per SAES-W-011.
• Completed precise measurements using tools like Gap gauge, Hi-Lo gauge, Vernier caliper and Cambridge gauge.
• Collaborated with Construction Supervisors and welders to establish and meet quality standards in Welding as per approved Procedures and Standards.
• Inspected incoming and outgoing of Welding Consumable materials for accuracy and quality.
• Monitoring the Welding Consumable Store for temperature and RH, and to verify the Baking and Issuance records daily.
• Monitored product quality at all stages of Construction process.
