Site Supervision (Overall area having firefighting system and others)

Representing the organization in various HSE Walkthrough, client internal audits & inspections and NEOM PFM Safety Team inspections.

Regular site inspection to monitor compliance with the HSE Plan and protocols as per international HSE standards and site specific SOPs, method statements, JSA and risk assessments

Monitoring all workers, technician and supervisors to ensure proper safety outfit.

Coordination with the client’s safety supervisors and engineers regarding safety procedure and SOPs on site.

Conducting HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.

Preparing and updating training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.

Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Supporting site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.

Ensuring training compliance records are maintained and up to date.

Daily supervision of the firefighting system with team.

Representing the area supervision in weekly HSE meetings.

Coordinating with the sub-contractor’s supervisors and foreman from time to time regarding safety matters.

Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedures, acts and conditions in the job site, and taking preventive steps to avoid recurrence.

Making mock drills reports e.g. electrical fire mock drills, medical drills, fire drills etc.

Incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Emergency response planning and coordination.

Leadership (Team Leader), Team Work and Management with the safety officers, assistants, fire technicians and fire wardens.

Managing of various operations and Hazards at Site/ Workplace.

Minimizing health and safety hazards.

Collaborating with teams to get the work effectively achieved.

Investigating accidents and near-miss incidents, providing recommendations for prevention.

Collaborating with management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Implementing corrective actions to address safety concerns and improved overall safety performance.

Checking PPEs of workers as per standard

Inspecting equipment’s TPIs and Operators TUVs.

Ensuring that all workplace employees have up to date safety training certificates.

Ensuring Management notified of safety issues in writing on timely manner.

Follow up safety records of the office and field.
