Main Role:

• Assist with reviews and analysis of all claims submitted by the Contractor.
• Adopts a pro-active working and safety policy.
• Establishes a good working relationship with all stakeholders across the project team and construction teams.
• Adopts a fair and reasonable approach in dealing with contractual disputes.
• Recognizes and shows appreciation of individual staff accomplishments.
• Offers advice and guidance on how individuals’ performance can be improved.
• Provides support and follow-up on issues regarding staff problems.
• Ensures quality of the work through close management of the Contraction Supervision Consultant.
• Provides assistance and support to the project team in technical matters, including construct ability, procurement and shop drawings.
• Demonstrate proactive awareness and reporting of overall progress of the works, work closely alongside the contractor(s) to mitigate against programme issues.
• Provides input on all matters related to costs.
• Communicates effectively with the Client and other Stakeholders on all matters that may impact Contract duration or Contract Value.
• Advises the Client regarding construction contractual matters and provides recommendations for resolving interface and logistics issues.
• Work alongside the project team and Main Contractor(s) to coordinate all interfaces between the different contractors working on and adjacent to the project site. Provides input on the site and programme wide logistics.

Main Role:

• Ensure assigned projects are being completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
• Leading the project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and are meeting client expectations.
• Ensuring that the terms of the contract are followed and managing scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
• Manage the project team including architects, engineers, consultants and administrative support.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of project.
• Provide support to the team to facilitate delivery of the project and its construction.
• Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the project.
• Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to the meet the scope, schedule, budget and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
• Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated.
