· Thoroughly review Tender Documents which includes Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, etc. and Clearly define the scope of Project

· Prepare / raise pre-tender queries and coordinate with owner department /client for clarification.

· Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review and conclude the technical and commercial proposals for submission.

· Involve in all post tender activities till contract award including attendance on meeting with clients /consultants, clarification of post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.

· Ensure and maintain confidentiality throughout all process of tender

· Liaise and assist in the preparation of handover package to Project Team for the awarded tender
