• Coordinating and actively participating in plant activities while maintaining focus to overall company objectives and consistency through HSE management.
• Conducting toolbox talks (if required), HSE awareness session and on-field HSE meetings with staff and contractors.
• Improve the unsafe act/conditions and Near misses reporting, recording and participating in investigations.
• Conduct work permit audits.
• Coordinating and participating in the continuous auditing of HSE management systems.
• Working with operations and maintenance employees to promote permit to work system and ensure safety of everyone involved in the processes.
• Assisting field staff and contractors in the caring and inspection of their PPE and ensure PPE compliance in the field.
• Conduct Meeting with The Managements in daily and weekly basis.
• Conduct Quarterly fire drills, monitoring evacuation time to ensure alignment with national targets.
• Prepared reports and review to enable company safety monitoring.
• Supported cost and quantity estimations for improved work schedule planning.

• Coordinates with Senior Operations and Production Planning staff, Process and Inspection Engineers for analysis schedules for quality control, test runs, shutdown, startup.
• Managing lab Chemistry.
• Full knowledge for water chemistry water.

• Chemical Dosing System.
• Electro Chlorination Plant.
• Steam Quality Control (Steam Turbine).
• Chemical cleaning for Reverse osmosis.
• Corrosion control and Material.
• Hydrogen production plant.
• Electricity production plant.

• Work to solve issue and problem in production lines. test sample and quality of the production
• Documented and feed in company application by test criteria, ensuring continued conformity to quality system requirements.
• Implemented new Quality Control guidelines that improve production.
