JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow up master plan, progress and co-ordination with sub-contractor to complete the activities to match the project schedule and milestones
• Ensures that all construction works, designs, specification, standards are performed as per PTS and SOW
• Preparation of three week schedule of installation activities
• Preparation of monthly / weekly/ Daily progress report
• Monitoring materials & equipment's delivery and installation activities ∠ Follow Up 5 star safety program
• Supervising installation of project main equipment ( Power transformer, 230 KV GIS, 33KV switchgear
• Capacitor bank, Reactor, Control & Protection panels, Telecommunication, SAS, AUX transformer, Battery and Battery charger
• Supervision laying cables and termination (Control, LV and MV)
• Coordination and Supervision of the installation of the civil and electromechanical Works
• Preparation start Pre-check activities and following up Pre-check master plan with testing team
• Following up commissioning master plan with testing team and coordinate with Electricity of DE Djibouti
• Preparation for the installation activities at remote end substation
• Clear for the Punch List/Snags that have priority Deficiency.

Project for (Interface /Transfer loads- Alarm -Trip from 15 H.V Substations TO Regional Control Center)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical/Communication related works at site
• Installation of (cable raceway - Terminal Block - C.T &V.T Cabel - auxiliary contact )
• Preparation of BOQ for all relevant required material and tools during installation
• Contact the Supplier to replace defective material and clear the snags of his scope
• Coordination with the suppliers for material/equipment delivery plan
• Ensuring that all electrical works are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare related documents of the site activities
• Issue of the Marked up drawing for (Protection panel- H.V Switchgear - M .V Switchgear- RTU Cabinet

Main Responsibilities

• Electrical site engineer for S/S (500KV GIS-220KV GIS)
• Installation for (SWGR- CONTROL) panels, GIS & Generator and Transformers
• Installation for small power (lights, sockets) inside and outside the site
• Full design for cable tray, cable ladder & underground piping for the substation
• Responsible for all electrical work (cable pulling, termination, etc)
• (time schedule & reports for activity) and arrange the work in the site
• Follow up snags during testing and commissioning
• Preparation of Purchase Request for making Purchase Order or arranging material from Market by local purchase
• Follow up General and Coordination meeting with clients &Site meeting
• Manage the technical and commercial side of the project
• Liaise with Client and Supplier / Sub-contractors holding project review meetings as appropriate
• Contact the Supplier to replace defective material and clear the snags of his scope
• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site
• Estimate prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works before the execution
• Plan and analyse all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval before the execution at site
• Check the technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensure that healthy and safety requirements are adhered to during all site workings
• Supervising staff on site and ensuring that all workings are completed on time and within budget.

• Testing H.V equipment's using (OMICRON CPC100,DV POWER TWA40D,DV POWER TRT63,DOBLE M4100,MEGGER HiOKI)
• Installing, test and connect voltage transformers and current transformers
• Installing transformers 125MVA 220/66/11 KV
• Installing transformers 40MVA 66/22 KV
• Testing, installation of all equipment (transformers, C.B, isolators, C.T, V.T, capacitor bank, cables..) in (220/66/22 kV & 66/22kv) new substations projects
• Review of engineering designs in accordance with international standards
• Reading the Wiring diagram for Siemens ,ABB,Schneider

• Direct /Dispatching staff by following HSE and safety procedure
• Execution the Switching / Energized programs
• Analysis, report the fault including the repair activities
• Making suggested list of Materials and equipment's needed for work repair
• Prepare the system operation/switching programs.
• Mintor for Loads, Alarm,Trip
• Giving Permit to Work and insure Clearance before RE-Energized
