Analyzer activities / Responsibilities:

Carried out Preventive maintenance of all online process analyzers of entire complex as per schedule. It includes periodic Calibration and Servicing of all analyzers as per procedure. Calibration and Servicing of quality connected ISO related Process Analyzers.

· Troubleshooting jobs on day-to-day notification send by operations and making reports of cause and case study in case of complex process related problems.

· Preventive Maintenance activities for online process analyzers and its maintenance on break down. Calibration of analyzers with Standard gases and liquids as references.

· Assist designated Analyzer Engineer for Systematic maintenance and Spares inventory for all sort of analyzer instruments and related components.

· Turn around maintenance of all sorts of analyzers and its sample conditioning systems. As Analyzers comprising of delicate sensitive parts, proper scheduled turn around maintenance was essential in ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and reliability of Analyzers.

· Technical assistance for Laboratory Analysis department for troubleshooting and maintenance of Laboratory Analyzers.

· Summary of analyzer maintenance activities, where was immensely involved are given below.

· Diagnosed, repaired, and calibrated All type of devices.

· Scheduled and coordinated commissioning visits with EPC company to determine needs and requirements.


Project Activities & Responsibilities: PP- PDH & UTOS

· Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) & MOP (Maintenance Operating Procedure) for all kind of analyzers using in Complex.

· Prepared lists for All analyzers (Liquid & Gas) calibration material. Either Calibration cylinder or calibration standards. (Liquid & Gas).

· Sent all Analyzer tag number and all gases, chemicals data to material team for allotment of SAP number.

· Review All analyzer PSC & SSC design diagram and submit to vendor after review for execution.

· Review 2-year spare lists for all Analyzer, which is received from vendor, update if any required material missing.

· Attended PSSR (Pre-startup safety review), Walkthrough for all kind of analyzers, Analyzer shelter, Analyzer rack and analyzer cabinets. Submit punch points.

· Done SAT (Site Acceptance Test) all analyzer & Fire & Gas FACP, FAPL and devices. Submit punch points.

· Attend Loop test for all analyzers & Fire & Gas FACP, FAPL and devices. Submit punch points by category, A, B or C.

· Attend and coordinate commissioning activities visits with EPC to determine needs and requirements.

· Supervised smooth running of commissioning activities from design to final completion with analyzer team.

· Developed and executed commissioning plans to guarantee on-time delivery of projects. Visited designated sites to manage commissioning projects.
