• Handle all quality-based inspections (Civil, Architectural, Steel Structure, Façade and road work).
• Performing inspection for reinforcement and formwork of pile cap, column, Abutment
and core wall, retaining wall and slab.
• Steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
• Following up the concreting works in a presence of the consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
• Monitoring ongoing concrete pouring to ensure quality procedures are being followed including safety.
• Performing inspection for fire sealant for all type of penetrations.
• Performing inspection for Quay block and rock filling around Quay block.
• Performing inspection for Dry Wall i.e., Gypsum Board, Gypsum Wall and Ceiling & Feature Cladding.
• Performing inspection for Resin Floor, Granite Floor.
• Performing inspection for False Ceiling and False Ceiling Tiles.
• Performing inspection for sewerage manhole, benching, lamination and installation of NDRC pipe.
• Performing air test and water test for sewerage connection.
• Performing inspection for drainage manholes, surface preparation, benching epoxy paint and backfilling.
• Performing inspection for reinstatement of road work such as milling and surface preparation, Sub base, Road
• base, prime coat, tack coat and asphalt.
• Performing inspection for Water Proofing, Sika and Injection work prior to water proofing.
• Performing inspection for Plaster, Paint, Surface preparation prior to installation of VINYL FLOORING at room or Carpet flooring and inspection for Head of wall & Vertical Joint
sealant application.

Finishing work checking in a presence of the consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, ceiling and light fittings.
• Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.
• Ensuring the work done on site as per Approved Drawing & Procedures.
• Surveillance and Pre-Inspection for the ongoing works.
• Prepare IRW for the Witness & Hold point for the work to be done on site for the final approval from Project Consultant Team.
• Material Inspection & Submitting of MIR for the material arrived on site.
• Co-ordination with All disciplines prior to the inspection with Construction team and addressing all construction related issues.
• Coordinating with 3rd.Party Laboratory for Material Testing.
• Coordinate with MEP QA/QC Team to maintain the provisions of MEP related works and get approval of any construction activities.

• Checking the Requirements Codes & Standards for quality.
• Assisting in preparation of ITP’s & Method of Statements.

• Report internal Site Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and updating the log, follow up with the construction teams to close out the open NCRSs in the due dates.
• Preparing the weekly reports, Closing of NCR & Site Instructions.
• Coordinate and conduct all non-destructive testing on site.
• Conduction site testing: Backfilling, FDT, Sand cone test, nuclear gauge Plate Load test & CPT test).
• Painting and concrete protective coating: DFT, Pull of test, Holiday test.
• Fresh concrete: slump test, temperature, cube sampling.
• Sampling all materials for third party testing.
• Ability to follow and implement the project quality procedures.
• Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
• Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated materials on construction project is following the plans and specifications.
• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Waterproofing applying checking for the underground level of the building.
• Create, Reviews and approves inspections, test plans (ITP) and quality control plans from client/consultant

Implements quality control procedures and plans for providing more efficient construction work
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
• Plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements and prepare QA/QC Reports.
• Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent performance.
• Reviews and approves the sub-contractor’s quality documentation and carryout audits as needed.
• Follow up on quality related action items and maintain status register.
• Help and support to close out clients/consultants issued SDRs and NCRs and any quality related issue.
• Support the document control team.
• Maintain a register for all the internal inspections and client inspections (RFITs) and follow up with the construction team to close out open RFITs
• Actively participate in the preparation and issuing the As-Built records and drawings.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC lessons learned register.
• Prepare monthly and weekly quality report
• Follow up the calibration status of the civil construction related equipment, and checking the calibration certificates for the current work.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections in accordance with approved QC procedures, processes and instructions.
• Prepare records of inspection and non-conformance.
• Report non-conformances and help construction team in corrective actions for close out.
• Documenting all Inspections and tests performed as per required by the project quality plan and contract specification.
• Interpret requirements in engineering drawings, codes, and standards against the applicable acceptance criteria and decide on acceptance/rejection.
• Carry out Internal Audit with QA Manager at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
• Raise ITR, 24 hours prior to inspection to main contractor/consultant of all activities at site (FDT,
• Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring etc.) for normal & 48 hours for weekend.
• Review the IFC & Coordination with the design team to get the shop drawing to avoid delay
• Maintain all logs of drawing & Submittal
• RFI preparation, submission including Follow up.
• Verification of BBS & Order confirmation
• Involve in Site to implement the engineering standards
• Daily & weekly reports preparation & Submission
• Solve & prevent any problem that may cause a delay @ Site
• Guide the Sub. Contractors & Supervisors in the work execution
