Managing company's Logistics division 800 Fleets through the deployment of the STC – AVL System to develop overall solutions together to enhance the optimistic productivity of the Logistics/Trucking Business

Current Rule Description:

• Responsible for managing all Fleet Operational activities, efficiencies and productivity
• Follow up On-Time Deliveries Loading/Unloading and proper Vehicle utilization with modern Digital AVL System support
• Fleets/Drivers performances/revenue evaluation on a Daily/Monthly/Yearly basis
• Monitoring storage Inventory level at the Terminal for Customer Loose Cargoes, ISO Tanks (Laden/Empty) and Containers (Laden/Empty)
• Arrangements of Import/Export Documentation for Land Transportation (If required)
• Carry out Equipment periodic inspection, follow up workshop Job Orders/requisition, and Equipment replacement for nonstop operation
• Enforce understanding and compliance with all companies policies and procedures, Safety rules and Government regulations
• Conducting SOP Training and Drills for Drivers and Operators
• Managing and arranging 3PL.

• Designed and deployed all the business sources, finance and Safety, Health and Environmental procedures in the startup of the Project (Chevron Philips Petro Chemical Co (SPCO)
• Successfully executed and streamed line all the activities
• Developed the Setup for the Containers Terminal, Orders Booking, Transportation, Material Collection/Deliveries, and Import/Export Documentation Procedure (packing List, manifest, COO, Performa Invoice and customs Clearance).

• Effective and timely implementation of all 400 Vehicles to obtain daily operational goals and deliveries around Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Managing 3PL(47 subcontractors) to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Allocation of the Vehicles and follow-up till the deliveries accomplished.
• Terminal Management System (TMS) and GPS (Monitoring System) deployed for real-time deliveries to the Customers.

• A dynamic and diversified approach to achieve the Sales goals set by the Software House and provide a healthy Business in a short time.
