1. Supervision and follow-up of the project’s construction operations in accordance with construction specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Supervising and following up on operations and maintenance contracts for public buildings and facilities in accordance with the approved conditions and specifications.
3. Supervising and following urgent rehabilitation, restoration and maintenance operations for buildings and public facilities
4. Approval of human cadres, including engineers and technicians, for the main contractor and approval of subcontractors.
5. Review and approve executive plans for projects.
6. Approval of the necessary samples and materials according to the terms and specifications of the projects and the requirements of the owner
