  • Initiate and coordinate corrective actions, both internally and externally, to accelerate permitting procedures as required.
  • Support tenants and internal departments on all government-related affairs and regulatory processes.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government bodies concerning employee compliance, including work visas, visit visas, and gate pass issuance.
  • Monitor and track the progress of all internal and external permitting activities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Engage with key government platforms and programs such as:
    Muqeem, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zawil, Tayseer, QIWA, Mudad,
    ZAKAT, GOSI, TAQAT, Chamber of Commerce (COC), Ejar, Saudi Post, SECB, Modan, Ministry of Commerce and others.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, key stakeholders, and partner sectors.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive database of all public and governmental documents, maintaining both hard and digital copies.
  • Handle document submissions, visa applications, and follow-ups with relevant consulates and embassies.
  • Keep up-to-date records of visa regulations, embassy procedures, and manage claims related to cash transactions.
  • Support certificate attestation processes for employee documentation and administrative requirements.
  • Manage issuance and renewal of:
    Gate passes, Iqamas, Trade Licenses, and Block Visa Requests.
  • Build and sustain relationships with accredited agencies working with Saudi embassies globally.
  • Oversee injury/accident management formalities, coordinating with hospitals and service providers.
  • Liaise with Aramco to facilitate:
    Issuance and renewal of Aramco employee IDs and vehicle sticker registrations.
