- Preparing estimation & quantity take-off from preliminary drawings, and planned designs and responsible for material request & materials follow up
- Prepare Project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labour groups & Subcontractors
- Responsible for scheduling and cross tracking progress of multi-discipline building service systems which includes (but not limited to): HVAC system, FF (Fire protection systems) & Public Health systems

- Ensuring overall engineering project compliance with applicable Codes, standards, and regulations
- Working with internal groups (such as Operations, Inspection, Engineering, HSE, etc.) on front-end project definition
- Assisting project engineer in generate mechanical deliverables which includes (but not limited to): mechanical systems layout drawings, data sheets, equipment sizing calculations & selection, engineering work packages, purchase specifications
- Assigning targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at the site
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis
- Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment's installation activities
- Performing the startup of equipment’s & conducting testing commissioning of all HVAC, & Fire protection equipment’s
- Responsible for the TAB works of Air balancing & Water balancing
- Attends regular meetings with the consultant to provide an update on project progress
- Reviewing sub-contractor proposal in-lined with the required works and verifying the specified works
- Preparing As-built drawings & assists the design team for updating in shop drawings
- Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
