Classroom Teaching Responsibilities

• Daily recording and maintaining accurate details of student attendance, grades, and assessment scores.

• Attend periodic seminars, workshops, and conventions to remain current on educational research and statistics impacting educational standards as per HM instructions.
• To organize field trips for students related to course material to gain real-world experience and to enhance curriculum-based topics to increase cultural exposure.
• Coaching teachers to improve instructional practices in drafting exam question papers through professional development, modeling instructional strategies as per COE.
• Acting as a liaison between school administration and faculty members when addressing concerns or resolving conflicts.
• Assisting in recruiting new faculty members by participating in job fairs and interviewing candidates in line with HM.
