• Oversaw complex, mixed-use developments for Al Othaim Investment, including: renovation of high-capacity parking structures in Rabwah, Riyadh, and construction of a hotel integrated with Al Othaim Mall – Rabwah, coordinating architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to align with commercial timelines.
• Supervised the full development cycle of the SIMAH (Saudi Credit Bureau) headquarters in Riyadh, managing all disciplines and stakeholders for efficient project delivery under strict security and compliance standards.
• Supported a strategic white land development initiative, aligning project plans with government urban planning goals and regulatory frameworks.
• Championed the implementation of project safety protocols and quality management systems, conducting regular audits, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Directed the operations of the Project Management Office (PMO), with responsibilities including: budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting; program scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone reporting; risk assessment, issue tracking, and mitigation planning; performance evaluation, and development of internal project teams.
