* Authorizing invoices for payment in addition to undergoing communication detailing progress to stakeholdersInspections of precast concrete slabs (double tee, hollow core), columns, beams, staircases, corbels, parapet, scupper drains, canopies, manholes, hand holes, firewalls, splash blocks, boundary wall panels at prainsa, alkifah precast factories and ensure that it is performed as per approval from client.(2) Inspection of Erection and Installation of precast concrete slabs (double tee, hollow core), columns, beams, staircases, corbels, parapet, scupper drains, canopies, manholes, hand holes, firewalls, splash blocks, boundary wall panels at project sites and ensure that it is performed as per approved IFC drawing.

* Inspection of finishing works such as elastomeric cementitious painting for basement, manholes and hand holes, Self- levelling epoxy, floor hardener, raised floor tiles, ceiling tiles, internal and external painting, internal and internal finishing, and application of coal tar epoxy, polyurethane painting, industrial door and gate painting.

* Inspection of material for waterproofing, concrete, self-level epoxy, floor hardener, painting material, doors, door frames, tiles, aluminum flashing, steel structure, tower material, rebar’s, manhole and hand hole covers, cat eyes, signboards, subbase, base course, binder course, wearing course, plumbing pipes, sewer pipes, lavatory dormitories etc. And ensuring that material arrived at site are as approval from client.

* Developing, preparing & ensuring the use of approved Method Statements /Risk Assessment Work Instruction, Formats, Checklist, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Drawings and Specifications

* Reviewing & Approving Backfilling Material, Concrete Mix design & Asphalt

* Checking: Compaction Test Soil around Foundation Piles Transmission Lines Concreting Works Quality, Slump Test, Placement and Compaction, test sampling. Reinforcement and embedded parts as per approved drawings equality of materials used in civil works and material tests, storage and handling Visual inspection of the embankment filling material such as clay, sand, filter materials, River Gravels and Rock. Supervision of setting out of design lines and control of Embankment filling Geometry. Layers thickness and compaction control together with laboratory Engineer. formwork, reinforcement, placing concrete and curing concrete after casting Pile foundations works ,Exavations,leveling ,elevations ,alignment and angles

* Undertaking verification & finalization of all technical aspects, tendering, negotiation & selection of vendors; controlling day-to-day activity of execution, resource planning & cost control and quality control at the site

* Reviewing “As-Built drawings” and coordinating with Project Engineer to clarify any changes or modifications; instructing the Contractor during different construction stages to follow the SOW/PTS and the IFC drawing

* Steering the creation of conceptual & schematic architectural designs including plans / layout plans their elevations and interfacing with clients for approval of the same

* Maintaining site log book and applicable registers NCR-CAR and so on; participating in calibration and certification of instruments and equipment to ensure they are up to date

* Coordinating in different phases such as Design, Material Procurement and Construction activities of civil of the project as per approved schedule and minutes of weekly / bi-weekly progress meetings

* Performing cost reporting & analysis, procurement scheduling, and implementing cost control

Project: Cities Humanization Project CONSULTANCY-ALHSA MUNICIPALITY
