  • Served as Senior Construction Engineer on a highly confidential and prestigious project for members of Saudi Royal Family (Al Saud Project).
  • Contributed to delivery of a mega-scale development exceeding 700,000 sqm, comprising:
  • A grand theater and opera house
  • Conference palace
  • Royal gardens
  • Piano rooms, sports halls, and private facilities
  • Golf courses, poetry house, and large luxury chalets
  • Led and supervised a highly qualified multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and foremen across all construction levels.
  • Managed and supervised all structural works, starting from excavation and foundation works through completion of structural frames, and progressing into finishing stages and handover preparation.
  • Ensured strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements for high-profile clients.
  
  Parallel Assignment – King Salman University
  • Simultaneously supervised major structural works at King Salman University – College of Medicine and College of Pharmacy.
  • University campus area approximately 2 km², with responsibility for a significant portion of structural construction works.
  • Oversaw execution progress, coordination between contractors, quality control, and ongoing construction activities, with works continuing to date

Work in site management and prepare the main task of the project which is to distribute the work to the site engineers and guide you according to the highest priority. Follow up on all structural and metal elements of the project.

* Arranging and appointing all contractors according to work requirements

* Study and sort plans according to amendments and updates on a daily basis. - Reviewing structural and architectural plans and their differences and directing a technical office to sort and audit them. Underway. The tablet is finished.

* Managing weekly and monthly meetings

* Reviewing bids, invoices, and checking quantities with the Quantity Auditing Department and the team supervising them.

* It also requires following up on purchases and orders, doing an MR on site, conducting a feasibility study for the project, developing a weekly and monthly plan to achieve the required goals and for the benefit of the project, and following up on the final finishing stages until delivery to the client. Shops, the hotel, furniture arrangement, and an ongoing maintenance contract for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the rendering and cladding work and the project is delivered permanently.
