KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Management of all commercial related aspects of the project, including engineering design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, closeout, invoice review, and adherence to project requirements while implementing industry best practices to ensure project success in terms of time, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Proficiently handled project requirements, change management, and provided expert commercial and cost management advice and reporting to meet stakeholder needs.

Procurement: Collaborated with all stakeholders, including the procurement department, to deliver procurement support, from strategy development and tendering to contract drafting, tender analysis, negotiations, and contract award.

Subcontract Administration: Efficiently managed sub-contract accounts, including scopes and schedules drafting, administration, variations, change management, payment applications, invoices, claims, and dispute resolution.

Cost Control: Reviewed and managed project budgets, developed cost estimates and plans based on stakeholder input, applied value engineering methods (whereapplicable), and provided cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
