Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Executive management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Ensure C&B approach for KSA is market and leverage C&B as a key enabler for attracting talents.
  • Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; training and development.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS)
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Develops and implements departmental budget.
  • Leads in the development of a succession plan for the business covering all key and strategic roles.
  • Leads in developing organizational structures aligned to the company's strategy.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Supervise all Government relations.
  • Implements a new HR, Supply chain, survey and vehicles departments systems.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Work closely with the executive management in the developing the shared services departments business plans.
  • Develops and implements shared services departments annual budgets.
  • Developing all shared services departments policies, procedures and structures aligned to the company's strategy.
