KSAB. King Salman Air Base Project.

It's a joint venture project involving three construction companies: Bawani, Salini Impregilo, and Shib Aljazira, commonly known as BSS. The project entails the construction of Airbase facilities and utilities in Dirab, located southwest of Riyadh City, with a total budget of $1 billion.

As a Project Engineer - Architect, my role is defined and outlined by a number of tasks as follows:

• Led multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully deliver complex architectural projects within budget and on schedule.
• Conceptualized and executed innovative architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conducted structural analyses and feasibility studies, optimizing designs for both aesthetics and structural integrity.
• Managed project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement, resulting in cost savings and efficient resource utilization.
• Implemented comprehensive project management strategies, coordinating workflows and ensuring timely project completion.
• Cultivated strong client relationships by closely understanding their vision, needs, and goals.
• Conducted construction site visits and inspections, addressing design-related issues and ensuring adherence to specifications.

SANG Housing Project.

The project consists of housing and urban planning on a large scale, involving the construction of 6000 villas, spanning a project worth 1.3 billion SAR.

As a Senior Architectural Finisher, my role is defined and outlined by the following tasks:

• Successfully managed a diverse workforce of 2000 individuals representing various trades and subcontractors with different disciplines, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Diligently followed site requirements, official documents, and reports, while maintaining seamless coordination with Technical, MEP, QC, Procurement, and other relevant teams to uphold project compliance and quality.
• Actively participated in and contributed to regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers, fostering collaboration, resolving project-related issues proactively, and ensuring contractors adhered to finishing specifications and timelines
• Primarily focused on site development, where I assigned tasks and responsibilities to engineers, optimizing project progress and ensuring streamlined operations.
• Spearheaded the planning, coordination, and work implementation efforts to the highest standards, upholding architectural finishing to meet or exceed industry benchmarks and client expectations.

As an Architectural Engineer and Site In Charge, I managed and supervised the construction of three distinct finishing deliverables.

1- Bank AL Bilad -Riyadh King Fahad Road

2- Al Manar Mall in Medina.

3- Shops in Park Mall

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction issues and implement design modifications when necessary.
• Manage project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and change orders, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
