  • I worked in decarbonization for KSA technology centers.
  • Collaborate with global SABIC Technology Centers to reduce carbon neutrality.
  • Play a key role in developing a full assessment, achieving and contributing to SABIC's ambition to raise awareness and be inspirational.
  • Proposal for KSA Technology Centers to assess and create a roadmap to achieve carbon neutrality to be executed in the following years.
  • Identification all sustainability inputs for all centers. 2018-2022, and monthly YTD, and align with emission factors with sustainability. This practice I have applied to all KSA Technology Centers, and for each center, I created a report per type of energy.
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management.
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
  • Determines the project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
  • Aware of electrical (HV, LV), CCTV, fire alarm, civil, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Control projects and ensure installation, construction, and commissioning by applying standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift, and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective work.
  • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
  • Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.
  • Schedule both internal and external work, maximizing planned downtime and reducing unplanned downtime.
  • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the shift management.
  • Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, and ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
  • Ensure that designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose, and provide proactive support/solutions when required.
  • Manage systems and equipment data storage, and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
  • Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment, from drawing up the specification to managing suppliers, through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
  • Produce written reports, and make presentations.
  • Perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
  • Provide technical expertise to the team.
  • Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels, and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
