Senior Payroll & HRMS Manager

  • Responsible to Manage, monitor and Control Flynas Payroll Operations to Ensure that Operations are within the legal compliance, company guidelines, procedures, budget, and implemented practices. Responsible for monitoring the accounting, recording, and reporting of all payroll related accounts including salary expenses, benefits, bonuses and incentives, employee’s compensation and garnishment payments.Collaborate with ERP Team to Plan, Manage and Monitor HRMS development projects to ensure that all HR Projects are implemented as per agreed timelines and achieved the Quality objectives.

Functional

HR Strategy

  • Contribute & Support CSSO in Developing the HR Strategy, Objectives and Plans to ensure the effective and efficient HR Operations.
  • Align Payroll operations with the approved HR Strategy and monitor the progress to ensure achieving the set objectives.

Policies & Procedures

  • Continuously review Payroll Policies and Ensure that Flynas Compensation & benefits policies and procedures are in compliance with Saudi Laws and regulation, to avoid any Complications or fines issued by any government agencies.
  • Develop & propose policy and procedures as per new regulatory developments and submit to CSSO for approval.

Operational

Payroll Processing

  • Organize & Monitor and Manage Monthly Payroll cycle to ensure on time monthly payment of salaries.
  • Manage the Enforcement of established payroll related policies, procedures and regulations in accordance with company policies and KSA labor law.
  • Manage the accurate and timely payment of all staff salaries and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions.
  • Manage & monitor WPS file submission to Government portal on time and ensure that all concerns are closed to avoid penalties.
  • Following up on the employees’ activities and needs including compensation plans, social security, attendance, end of service indemnity, increments, resignations and penalties…etc•
  • Monitor all payroll costs and ensure that these are allocated to the correct budget heads to esnure accuracy of financial data.

HRMS Management

  • Act as Focul Point for the Development, integration, implementation and maintenance of a Human Resources Management and pay system; includes managing Systems development, data integrity and security, system security and access.
  • Collaborate with IT Department to plan HR Development projects and Monitor the progress.

Analytics & Metrics

  • Review HR metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture & Work environment including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze the payroll data and present trends and dashboard to the management

Data Reconciliations

  • Continously Reconcile HRMS, GOSI & Muqeem data and identify discrepencies, recommend & implement corrective actions to ensure 100% alignment.

HR Compliance Audits

  • Regulary conduct HR Compliance Audits to ensure that all HR Practices, policies and procedures are aligned with Saudi regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with Legal advisor to implement corrective actions to reduce legal risk.

Employee Requests

  • Monitor employee requests & And Guide team to ensure that all requests are processed as per company policy & Procedures

Reporting

  • Develop Payroll and HR Reports as required by the management
  • Collaborate with HR functions to collect & follow-up on HR KPIs and submit progress reports to the Management
  • Follows procedures of reporting on performance and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager

  • Recommend salaries or total Annual package for new hires depending on the company grading system (HAY Grading & Salary Structure).
  • Communicate with and educate employees in technical aspects of C&B (GOSI, payroll, system, legal compliance & policies).

  • Ensure consistency & legal/GOSI compliance across the remuneration process.

  • Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
