Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Identify and Select Suppliers: Research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors for electrical materials, equipment, and services.
• Supplier Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of potential suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, delivery time, reputation, and compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiate Terms: Lead negotiations for the procurement of materials, ensuring favorable terms, competitive pricing, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare Procurement Specifications: Work closely with the engineering team to understand project requirements and prepare clear, detailed procurement specifications for electrical equipment and materials.
• Prepare and Issue Purchase Orders (POs): Create and issue POs to suppliers in line with project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Track Orders: Monitor the progress of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met, and resolving any delays or issues that arise during procurement.
• Cost Control and Budget Management
• Quality Control: Ensure that procured electrical equipment and materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure that all procured items comply with industry standards, local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Coordination with Project Teams.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving.
• Preparing TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) to submit to the Client for approval.
• Attending Weekly & Monthly meeting with Client.

Manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard.

Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers Liaising with staff at every level.

Supervised Contractor & technicians in installing and maintaining MV, LV, & Low current systems, overseeing safety and operational efficiency.

Conducted risk assessments for electrical installations, maintaining safety and reliability.

Supported quality assurance by verifying calculations, checking reports and inspecting on-site work.

Supervised technical aspects of electrical work on projects, checking system performance, safety and compatibility against benchmarks.

Delivered projects on time and within budget following clearly defined work scopes and matching code requirements.

Review & approve the Electrical design drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses,

Attend weekly & monthly meeting with Client & Prepare engineering reports.
