• dispense controlled substances which includes: narcotics, controlled and psychotropic drugs and others with different degrees of potential for abuse and/or misuse
• check patient narcotic and control history from Saudi Food Drug Administration (SFDA) to prevent potential for abuse
• Reviewed physician orders to assess prescription accuracy and safety.

• I had experienced a year as a hospital outpatient pharmacist reviewing physician medication order reconciliation, drug allergy and check drug dose indications, drug‑drug interaction, dose calculations of hazardous medication, and review tertiary resources for drug information eg. UP TO DATE, LEXICOMP and make an intervention for dose adjustment.

I had completed advanced pharmacy practice experience( internship) for 35 credit hours 5th years as a clinical pharmacist in several specialty hospitals practicing my clinical knowledge in cardiology /CCU, critical care (ICU), internal medicine, oncology, pediatrics, and drug information center (DIC) at King Faisal University.
