RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitated efficient communication among team members to resolve conflicts.
• Held construction and installation teams accountable for performance against specific schedules and man-hour budgets.
• Conducted critical pre-installation conferences with contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders, negotiating best-possible project progression.
• Led management of site quality assurance in conjunction with QA Manager.
• Implemented innovative solutions for overcoming project obstacles efficiently.

• Resort project consists of cluster A.B,C
• All works in cluster B - B2 starting from backfilling up to finishing (turnkey project) and handover FOR 132 VILLAS.

• Residential project total area 361,888 m2 built up area 537,959 m2, 10 clusters & 41 building.
• All works starting from backfilling up to finishing (turnkey project) and handover project.

• Commercial building consisting of 21 zone, basement, first, second and roof floor, 45600 m2.
• All works starting from backfilling up to finishing (core and shell) and handover project.

• Residential building consisting of 12 floors, 1,000 m2.
• All works up to finishing (turnkey project) and handover project.

• Excavation, leveling and prepare RFI for (ZONE 1~6)
• Backfilling 10 LAYER ZONE 1~6 and prepare RFI.
• REVIEWING shop drawing and responsible for steel work, formwork AND CASTING CONCRETE in the site according to approved drawing and prepare RFI for ZONE 1,4&5.
• Responsible for water proofing on foundation and neck col.
• Following up brick work, plastering, painting, flooring, Electrical

• Completion of some roads in eastern area (group 2)
• Excavation, leveling and prepare requests for (uyun bridge & box culverts in al dammam roads.)
• AL-NAJAH BRIDGE: Excavation, leveling and prepare requests for (AL-NAJAH BRIDGE).
• Backfilling and prepare requests for building which mentioned above.
• Preparing shop drawing and following steel work and formwork in the site according to approved drawing and prepare requests for the building that mentioned above.
• Quantities surveying of steel bars and concrete for building that mentioned above.
• Preparing P.O for project requirements.
• ARAMCO BRIDGE: Railway Overpass Construction @ Mubarraz Area (Hawiyah Roads Improvement Project) Excavation, leveling and prepare RFI for (ARAMCO BRIDGE).
• Backfilling ABUTMENT WALL WITH TENSAR SYSTEM and prepare RFI for building which mentioned above.
• Preparing shop drawing and following steel work and formwork in the site according to approved drawing and prepare RFI for the building that mentioned above.
• Quantities surveying of steel bars and concrete for building that mentioned above.
• Preparing P.O for project requirements.

• Waste water treatment plants in Borg al Arab city, Alexandria.
• Coordinate all building in site with using total station (SOKKIA 3030).
• Excavation, leveling and prepare requests for (aeration tanks, primary sedimentation tanks, intake and screen unit, chlorination tank, clarifier tanks, workshop building and air blowers room).
• Backfill and prepare requests for building which mentioned above.
• Responsible to Construct (follow steel and form works) and prepare requests for the following building (intake and screen building- clarifier tanks - chlorination tank- primary sedimentation tanks- workshop building).
• Quantities surveying of steel bars and concrete for building which mentioned above.
• Leveling and work at main network from intake to treatment plants and from plants to outlet.
