• Assist and collaborate with project team to develop comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.

• Lead the project of production line revamping.

• Participate and engaged im daily production meeting to review and evaluate plant condition.
• Writing root cause analysis report.
• Compliance in MOC, TSR and RCA (attending committee meeting to evaluate and implement all recommendation).
• Cost controlling and saving.
• Drive operational excellence to reduce plant downtime and increase plant performance.
• Success to reduce planned downtime from 336 Hrs to 243 Hrs per years.
• Success to reduce the project duration of production line revamping from 28 days to 19 days.
• Involved in McKinsey project to enhance plant throughput.
• Involved in CVA (Corporate Value Associates) project to improve and sustain equipment reliability.
