• Technical Documentation: Creating technical design documents and Unit test plans for new requirements delivered.

Worked as a Development Manager to deliver an Integrated Banking system named OMNI.

• Delivery Manager: Developing and managing 5 delivery teams including hiring, training, and supervising employees. Managing resources such as people, time, and money to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
• Solution Architect: REST API architect to make sure all standards are being adhered to. Translating suggestions of stakeholders and BAs into technical language and deciding technologies and designs like Microservice architecture with Docker, Java, Node.js, NGINX, GraphQL, Software AG product stack, Git, RabbitMQ, Redis etc.
• Site Reliability Engineer: Leading Team for CICD implementation. Managing Production environments and leading team in case of production outages. Directed developments efforts using cutting-edge technology to increase productivity and stability using SonarQube and JaCOCO. Involved in performance tuning of application when we experienced heavy load.
• Cloud Migration: Cloud migration strategy from On Premise to AWS using EC2 instances, AWS API Gateway etc
• Channel Owner: Owner for maintaining multiple digital channels for bank like APP, Online Banking, USSD, Call Centre, WhatsApp and chatbot.

African Bank, Johannesburg

Joined as a Principal consultant to design a new frontend system for African Bank using webMethods CAF and BPMS.

• Team Lead: Making technology choices, architecture decisions, and system design and solving problems.
• Creating POC: Creating proof of concepts for new web component using webMethods CAF and Integration implementation using webMethods IS and BPM.
• Coding and Unit testing: Developing integration applications using webMethods Product suite (8.x) including IS, CAF and BPM, Java, and Java Script. Also, unit testing developed code.
• Production Support: L3 support. Identifying and resolving issues and concerns promptly and efficiently

Worked as Team Lead/ Senior Consultant for multiple projects for TEK Systems

• AL ELM (Hyderabad): Re-designing of existing Visa issuance/cancellation process for government of Saudi Arabia. Was tech lead of team responsible for delivering common utilities for all the teams in the project..
• African Bank New Front end (Johannesburg): Was senior consultant for African Bank to help them build new front end for Loan application. Was Responsible for developing new validation framework, Customer Landing Page and new shells and skins using Software AG CAF.
• Acushnet Upgrade (Hyderabad) : Served as senior developer in project to upgrade their existing system from webMethods 6.5 to webMethods 8.0. Providing client with new improved process models and providing seamless migration process.

• British Petroleum (London) : Was responsible for supporting BAM application. Implemented webMethods optimize to create events for monitoring production system. Provided unique solution for them to separate their DB for transactional and configuration for DR.
• Panasonic Upgrade (Hyderabad) : As lead developer was responsible to analyze existing code and migrate to higher version (webMethods 4.6 to 7.1.2). Improved existing code by adding proper error handling. Was then given responsibility for actual deployment of code to production.
• COX Optics (Hyderabad) : As developer this was my first project on front end using webMethods CAF. As this was brand new tool we have to learn with minimal help from any community. Also developed multiple business process model.
• Solectron B2B Implementation (Hyderabad) : This was aB2B implementation where we automated Supply chain management. Implemented EDIINT , Flat file implementation.
