•Direct contact and involvement with the overall Commissioning Team including Stakeholder, Main contractor & Sub-contractors.
• Direct contact with the Stakeholder Commissioning Manager and participate in meetings to provide an overview and detail progress assessment.
• Prepare and review the method statements and commissioning procedure as per the manufacturer list and international stander.
• Reviewed design drawings and highlight commission ability issues to design team.
• Initiate and update of the project commissioning plan which will describe the complete commissioning process and responsibility matrix for all Stakeholders, Main contractor, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, 3rd parties & Individuals involved in the project.
• Review and update the commissioning schedule as per the insulation progress.
• Review the test procedural statements for the MEP systems to be
commissioned.
• To witness the operational performance of the systems / equipment’s during the Operational Check and the Functional Testing.
• Management of the Sub-contractors which are tasked with the inspecting and commissioning of the MEP sy stems as referred to in the scope of work.
• Coordinate with all related party for the tasked scope commissioning
requirement.
• Lead the mechanical and commissioning team to achieve the schedule targets and to insure the progress is aligned with the commissioning schedule.
• Prepare the progress report as per the site activity and highlight the issues effecting the construction and commissioning process.
• Lead the hand over phase and insure the submittal of the close out documents as per the project specifications.

• Checking installations progress according to specifications and design.
• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and method statements.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at site.
• Coordinate between Civil and MEP activities and the subcontractors.
