- With Currie & Brown, KSA - in Samhan Project, I collaborated closely with the PMC teams (Currie & Brown) and Client teams, resulting in the successful negotiation and agreement on a revised contract sum for comprehensive design changes which prevented further delay in completion and improved the Contractor's confidence
- With F+G, UAE- In an individual role for a Sharjah-based developer (Client), I successfully closed out final accounts for their multiple projects, including termination of Contract for one of the projects within the Client allocated budget by implementing efficient change management procedures and close collaboration with the Engineering team and Contractor
- As a result, the Client awarded the subsequent phases to F+G to continue the services.
