Job Description:

To deliver comprehensive care, enhanced services designed to provide optimal medical and nursing care to obstetrical patients and their families as well as selected GYN and female surgical patients.

To render continuous physical, emotional and informational support to mothers and their partners during labor focusing on the safe delivery of the baby.

Unit: Intensive Care Unit

Job Description:

Provide all kinds of professional medical care, physically, emotionally or socially in the department which she/he was assigned that include but not limited to:.

• Assist physician while doing medical procedure.
• Carry out the treatment plan according to doctor’s order.
• Take and record vital signs and notify the doctor about important changes.
• Ensure all medications charted according to established policies and procedure.
• Monitor and evaluate patient status and notify doctor with any emergency changes.
• Respond in a professional way to patient calls and demands.
• Prepare patient before operation, transfer and discharge.
• Apply wound dressing.
• Help in CPR when necessary.

Unit: Medical Surgical Unit

Job Description:

Provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of the Nurse in Charge utilizing the nursing process. Render service that is within the scope of the nursing practice in all patients.
