- Prepare and seek approval from client for the inspection and test plan for precast and prestressed product of the company from production, repairs, storage and handling up to erection
- Supervise and control proper production procedure implementation during pre-pour processing up to stripping of precast concrete from its mould
- Inspect/check the different kinds of elements before delivery in accordance with the shop drawing
- Control of concrete quality for all precast and pre-stressed elements such as solid panel external insulated panel, internal panel, and load/non-load bearing panel, columns, beams and stairs
- Pre-Stressing all strands for each bed are being inspected for elongation
- Supervise the casting of slabs and ensures that the concrete used is of quality neither too dry which will cause drag marks nor too wet which would cause excessive sagging
- Slab marking check project code element number, bed number on which the element is cast and date of casting
- Ensure that cut-outs holes marking as well as the hacking and exposing the standard was made in accordance with the production drawings
