• Handled independently Sulfur Recovery Unit Upgrade Project at Riyadh Refinery ($283 Million) including but not limited to development of Project Proposal, Pro-Forma Contract, project cost estimate, Detailed Design, Material Procurement and Construction.
• Achieved cost saving of $76 Million for Sulfur Recovery Unit Upgrade Project by optimizing the project plot plan.
• Optimized the delivery date for critical POs that required as part of Total Refinery Shutdown planned in October 2025.
• Assigned the leader to handle the construction activities for Sulfur Recovery Unit Upgrade Project including the shutdown work.

• Assigned leader to manage all construction site activities for Riyadh Refinery Restoration project with allocated budget of $97 Million. Scopes include assessment and replacement of more than 20 affected equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers and fin-fan coolers.
• Completed the restoration project two months ahead of schedule and recognized by Executive Senior VP of Aramco.

• Worked as Dispute Mediator to resolve 15 disputes between Saudi Aramco Project Management Team and Contractors with total value of SAR 100 million.
• Lead four initiatives to enhance project management process including but not limited to Construction Process Enhancement, Change Order Enhancement, Common Dispute Analysis and Performance Based Contractor Award.

• Completed construction of 40 wells tie-in at Khurais area.
• Optimized Overhead Power Line (OHPL) scope and saved around $6.7 million /year for Khurais area which was reflected in Saudi Aramco standard.

• Nominated for Master Degree Program in Electrical Power System and achieved Distinction grade with GPA (4 out of 4).
• Completed my final dissertation report titled “Distribution Network Expansion Planning with Increased Uncertainty” and achieved Distinction grade with recommendation to publish my paper to IEEE journal article.

• Participated in three Close-Out projects (Replace Critical Substation, Upgrade Control System and Replace Refrigeration System at Riyadh Refinery).
• Worked as lead electrical and instrument engineer during construction phase for Replace Platformer Heater at Riyadh Refinery project.
• Handled independently Replace Tank Gauging System at Riyadh Refinery project including development of Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP), Project Proposal, project cost estimating, Pro-Forma Contract, Detail Design and procurement.
• In addition, I worked with concerned parties to optimize project scope by using Guided Wave Radar (GWR) in lieu of Radar Tank Gauging which was agreed and resulted cost saving of more than $10 MM.
• Handled the construction of two new big tanks and Combined Substation & Process Interface Building under Clean Transportation Fuel Project at Riyadh Refinery.
• Worked with other concerned parties to develop Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) for Replace Critical Substation, Phase II at Riyadh Refinery.
