• Traction container cleaning, inspection of line contactor, pre-charging contactor, capacitance measurement of DC link.

• Pneumatic module inspection.

• High speed circuit breaker inspection of arc chute, cleaning and horns inspection.

• Height adjustment inspection of wheelset guidance assembly.

• Inspecting and refilling flange and surface lubricators.

• Secondary suspension shim installation and adjustment.

• Underframe, car-body, exterior and head of vehicle inspection.
• Performing visual inspections and greasing of passenger doors.
• Measuring wheel profiles, diameter and back to back.
• Checking DLMs, PTDs, SOS panels, cameras and speakers. replacing and testing.
• Train battery reconditioning, charging, discharging, electrolyte level checking, refilling of distilled water, insulation test, battery removal and installation inside the train.
• Downloading train data and analyzing it.
• Inspection and greasing folding seat.
• Ground staff responsibility in trains movements and communications with OCC and train driver within workshop and depot via tetra (walkie talkie) and following safety critical communication.
• Preform coupler maintenance visual inspections, cleaning, greasing, height measurements and backlash measurements.
• Current collector device inspection, function of rocker and limit switch, measuring current collector shoe thickness, off rail position and retracted position, adjusting of current collector device and replacing shoe.

• Train functional test preforming passenger intercom unit, passenger information displays, PTD camera, speakers, wiper, CCD, brakes, checking smoke detectors, component test and test the system with sand quantity measurement.

• Interior inspection of seats, lighting, panels, floor and fire extinguisher.

• Door system safety testing procedure.

• Sand tank refilling and wiper water tank refilling

• Gangway inspection of linking ceiling, sidewalls, bridge coverings, linking bridge, sliding plate under the middle frame and bridge covering.
• Certified road rail vehicle operator.
• Changing and testing of derailment obstacle detection sensor.
• Replacing HVAC filters and fuse, measuring the crankcase heater cold resistance
