• Supervise and coordinate priorities between project team and purchasing team
• Support purchasing team for urgent cases or unplanned request for the Project
• Anticipate contact with the Suppliers on expected delivery time and escalate unreliability or risk to purchasing team for alternatives

• Guide, and provide training and support to the purchasing staff to increase work productivity and professional competency
• Prepare and present proposals for package system contracting for fast moving supplies and materials
• Participate in the standardization of supplies, material and equipment and preparing tender documents for bids and award contracts
• Submit various periodic reports to Manager Purchasing and management review
• Pursue and qualify new vendor sources for acceptable products and services to assure maximum price competitiveness for major purchaser
• Coordinate the work activities of the department, ensure proper scheduling and staff management.

• Manages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives
• Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, subprocess suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery and to identify root causes that impact on-time delivery
• Conduct risk assessment in the field and enforce preventative and corrective measures
• Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages
• Training warehouse personnel to ensure the implementation of the SOP
• Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements
• Ensures timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.

• Oversees customer sales department
• Ensure accurate and real-time inventory counts
• Responsible for the storage, distribution and records archiving of parts in the warehouse
• Issue and manage all customers invoices
• Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability
• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, and forward them to the Customs Broker.
