• Working as a project Manger of Qatif Governorate Comprehensive Master Plan.
• Reviewing master plans for major projects in the region.

General administration for urban development:

• Development and design of Master plans for ministerial lands western sector with an different scale (City, district and neighbourhood) it was the largest project worked on it (Arar city with an area of 14,000,000m2).
• Managing plan & design contracts for major consulting firms.
• Communicating with stakeholders to complete the project as required.
• Member of urban Planning Committee.
• Review and release invoices. -Preparing tender documents.

Developmental housing:

• Managing a number of projects in partnership with stakeholders.
• Partnership with (37) "non-profit" societies in the eastern region.
• Providing housing (200 families) within the housing development program.
• Create a volunteer team in the housing development sector (120 people).

Real Estate Department:

• Project Management of the all projects in Eastern region within different scale ( start from 50.000m2 - 10.000.000m2).
• Marketing projects to beneficiaries.

Land Department:

• Follow-up of infrastructure projects in the region.
• Supporting the technical team in the planning and design phase.
• Receive ministerial lands from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.

Reviewing residential plans and ensuring that they apply the approved standards

• Checked technical drawings for adherence to standards, maintaining operational compliance.
