Job description
- Establishing the project's ITP.
- Establishing the project's PQP.
- Preparing technical submittals and Method statement reviewing suppliers' submittals.
- Ensuring all the required inspections requests for the works and materials in respect to specifications and latest approved drawings, to verify conformance with the project quality requirements.
- Ensure that the results of the inspections are documented and conveyed to all concerned without any delay.
- Monitor the quality of received concrete via daily casting report, and coordinate with the laboratory for sampling and testing, report to the Project Manager any deviations.
- Monitor the quality of Batch Plants and RAW-Materials Supplying process to guarantee the quality of fresh concrete via follow up daily Reports, and coordinate with the laboratory for sampling and testing, report to the Project Manager any deviations.
- Handling NCRs opened by the consultant and tracking their status and setting the corrective actions with the assist of the construction manager for closure.
- Ensure that the documentation generated for the inspections, tests and surveys meets the requirements of the project plan and has been submitted to the Consultant on time.
- To ensure that the measuring and testing equipment is calibrated, registered and all records have been submitted to the Construction manager and the consultant for review.
- Monitor status of inspections and follow up on actions with QA/QC engineers and inspectors for resubmission, ensuring all required actions are completed prior re-submission.
- Handling the close-out documentation plan for project handing over to the client at completion.
- Performing audits on THE COMPANY'S sites for all areas concerned in the quality manual, preparing audit check lists, audit reports and handing them to the T.D of Head office for review.
