An endurance sport that incorporates swimming, cycling, and running is called a triathlon. Completing all three disciplines in a timely and sequential manner is the aim of a triathlon. I had taken part in the subsequent races:
- I finished four Olympic races (a 1.5-kilometer swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run) with a personal best of ninth in my age category and thirty-first overall.
- A personal record of 5 hours, 33 minutes was set during the Iron Man 70.3 Races (1.9 km swim + 90 km bike + 21 km running).
